Customer-facing app (Segari app):

  • Currently assigned to co-lead a project (with a team of 3, 1 engineer, & 1 project manager) to improve Segari's overall app micro-interaction. From swiping gestures, page reveals, button taps, pull-to-refreshes, etc.

WIPs

  • Improving Segari's referral feature

  • Improving Segari's customized app landing page (for promo purposes etc) with added guidelines to help the asset team better their implementation, especially on app interfaces

Operations/internal software (Warehouse app).

Responsible for most of the new warehouse tool's initiatives through research and design. The impact of these features can be much more accessible to measure esp. from a design perspective, as the users can be observed directly (and sometimes anonymously). Also how the designs are mostly from pure scratch as the needs are almost exclusive to the company's internals only

  • Goods Movement feature → to help keep track of moved goods/SKUs inside the warehouses. The core app for whatever is inside the warehouse
  • Pick List feature → an extension of the Goods Movement feature which allows the team to start fulfilling customers' goods requests across warehouses
  • SKU Conversion feature → another extension of the Goods Movement feature to efficiently convert and keep track of SKU conversions
  • Inbound feature → another extension of the Goods Movement to efficiently keep track of incoming supplies, including documents, suppliers, etc., and how it integrates with the Goods Movement feature
  • Driver/courier feature → to further enhance the delivery experience
2021 — 2022

I was amongst the first few hired remote designers working with the main product team in Singapore and Shenzhen, China. (Only about 2-3 designers from Indonesia)

While one of the challenges was the cultural and language difference, I was still able to create strong & healthy relationship with the domains and stakeholders that I've worked with, allowing for a much better collaborative process

Responsible for user experience design inside Lazada's User Growth domains:

  • LazRewards (Lazada membership)
  • VoucherClub (voucher subscription service)

  • Helped pave the way for the company's initiative in migrating to a new design tool (Sketch → Figma) by successfully demonstrating how to properly use the tool through various pilot projects

  • Responsible for migrating the company website to use Webflow and utilizing its advanced animation and CMS feature.
  • Contributing for winning pitch decks (notable ones are Pinhome) by incorporating design psychology knowledge throughout the deck slides

  • Implemented real-time data stream for Telkomsel's central visual dashboard of services
  • Monthly Telkom data migration from different states in Indonesia for billing purposes.
